  • Feb 3Lead the Way: Guiding Youth in Service Project Success -  Come and learn how to help youth plan, organize, and implement meaningful service projects. Participants will learn how to foster leadership, encourage ownership, and provide the right level of guidance so young people can turn their ideas into impactful community action.

  • May 19 - Beyond the Basics: Creative Club Meetings that Click – Learn easy ways to add creativity, youth voice, and hands-on activities to your club meetings. This session offers simple strategies that make meetings smoother, more engaging, and more memorable.

  • Aug 4 - Volunteer & Leadership Development

  • Nov 3 - STEM in Your Club and Project Areas – Learn simple ways to incorporate STEM into any 4-H project area using hands-on activities and leadership opportunities.  

  • Dec 1 –  Next Steps of Leadership  -  Wondering how your 4-Hers can achieve one of those 4-H green jackets?  Join us for information, details, and tips to help your 4-Hers take those next steps of leadership.  We’ll discuss State Ambassador, Shooting Sports Ambassador, Healthy Living Ambassador, and Science Innovators, as well as running for District and State leadership positions. We will also discuss state-level civic engagement opportunities like 4-H Day at the Capitol and out-of-state trips to be able to visit with your county educator about how to encourage youth to travel with 4-H.

North Carolina Invitation - Virtual Volunteer Training Series

After each session, those that attend the entire session and participate, will receive a link to a session quiz. If the quiz is taken within a week and the participant scores a 90% or higher, will receive an electronic certificate of training completion.
